Before starting on any major project, we lay down the parameters of the project in a 'project assessment' during which we undertake a thorough audit of your business, marketing & project goals. This is done so that both parties understand exactly why we will be doing what we do and how... This assessment is presented to the client as a written document before embarking on any development. It outlines in detail the scope of the project, technologies to be used, pricing, extras, etc., etc.... ...because our motto is - "NO SURPRISES!" In all the years we have been in business, NEVER ONCE have we failed to deliver on time and needless to say, we have NEVER EVER made our clients pay for anything as absurd as Overtime! |
